Hi everyone, Cindy and Ronald here! Thanks for stopping by and read our profile ☺️

We LOVE dogs and have more than 5 years of experience looking after them! Cindy grew up with BB the Shih Shu in Hong Kong and Ronald had a Rotti and Bulldog in his teenage years when he first moved to NZ. Our childhood pets not only brought us immense happiness, but most importantly, taught us patience, selflessness and purpose.

We offer daycare, boarding and house sitting. We mainly work from home so the check in and check out times are flexible.

Daily walk (around 20-35mins) will be provided and we would do up to 2 walks per day. We can accommodate any specifc requirements (e.g. transportation, administer oral medication) as long as this is communicated and agreed prior to the booking confirmation. We always reinforce positive behaviours so just let us know what they need 😊 During the weekends we are happily explore new places (cafe, park) with your fur baby 😁 Daily photos and videos update will be provided.

Your fur baby must be fully vaccinated, toilet trained and up to date with flea and worm treatment. Please provide their food, harness, leash, bed, treats and toys for their boarding.

We live in Favona which is very close to SH20 (3mins drive) and the airport (15mins drive). The house was built in 2021 so it's very warm in winter. Your fur baby is welcome to freely explore the entire house and backyard. Our backyard is securely fenced with a minimum height of 2m. Additionally, we have installed an indoor camera to monitor your fur baby anytime.
