A bit about us & our environment:

- We are 2 pet lovers working full time with flexibility to work from home, so your fur baby will always have a buddy.

- We are active and love to go for a stroll, might as well have a fur friend with us while doing so!

- We live in a 2 story house with a very large fully fenced backyard in Mount Albert.

- There is plenty of walking distance parks and reserves in our neighbourhood.

- We have a fireplace, central heating and sunrooms to offer plenty of cosy spots for your pet to get comfy.

Our experience:

- As pet lovers we grew up with and have always been surrounded by animals.

- Maëlys has volunteered for the SPCA looking after various rescued souls.

- Both of us have been trusted to look after our friend's and other people's pets on numerous occasions.

- We have been on Pawshake for a few years now.

Why Pawshake?: We don't have a pet of our own yet because we travel too often for now. So Pawshake is our best way of getting and giving some cuddles. When we're available we would love to give our love to your precious buddy when you need us.

We will happily take care of dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits and turtles, just ask if your animal is not listed. 🐶🐈⬛🐰🐢🐹

How to Book?

- Make an enquiry for the dates needed🙋🏼♀️

- Organise a Meet up 📅

- Request a booking on the agreed dates ✅

Boarding bookings cover a 24 hour stay. If longer than 24 hours a day care booking will be needed.

Day Care We only accept Day Care booking if it is in combination with an overnight booking, to cover a stay longer than 24hr.

Grooming While we don't offer comprehensive grooming, if after a walk they get a bit muddy, we do have a pet shower to give them a pamper. (See photo in our gallery)

Requirements: To make this an enjoyable and stress free time for you, your pet and us, we require that your pet be house trained, potty trained, up to date with vaccinations, flea & worm treatments and clean on arrival.

What to bring?

- Food and bowls, litter basics, your pet's favourite toys and clean bedding so they can still feel at home in the temporary nest we offer them.

- Guidance on when / what to feed them, commands they know, their habits & anything else you think is relevant to make them feel at home.
