Hi! Im Maeve and I am a school librarian which means I have a lot of time on my hands during the holidays. I thought I should utilise the time and I thought what better way to do that than spending time with fur babies. I am an experienced dog owner myself and have a 3 year old greyhound x staffy cross who I share with my partner. I have had dogs throughout my entre life and therefore know how to read dog body language, train them and even administer medications if necessary. I have experience with reactive dogs as well as dog sitting/walking dogs that are not my own.

We have a fully fenced property with two gates for added security (one automatic by the driveway and a walkway gate). My partner will be working during the day in the holidays and therefore will not be available for any day time walks. For most walks, our dog Pepper will join in unless specified otherwise (if your dog is reactive or anxious around other dogs).

If any training is needed, I usually use positive reinforcement with treats or attention. I will use treats on walks to make recall and other commands easier.

My services will include dog walking, dog boarding and dog home visits. I have my own car and have my full drivers licence so pick ups and drop off are available (additional charge).
