I am a 25-year-old woman who grew up on a sheep and beef farm in North Canterbury, where animals were a large part of everyday life. From a young age I helped care for six working farm dogs alongside two smaller house dogs, gaining experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments. Our farm is home to multiple employees, each with their own dogs, and I often spent my holidays looking after them too, so I am comfortable in the presence of other peoples pets.

After moving to Auckland, I've greatly missed having dogs around and am not in a position to adopt as I am unsure whether I will stay in Auckland long term. I currently also work as a solicitor in the CBD, so enjoy the time outside.

With my mother being a veterinarian, I am knowledgeable about dog's needs, health and safety, and will only take fully vaccinated pets into my home.
