About Penelope
Hello there. I am Penelope (29, lawyer). In 2023 I relocated to the Netherlands, but I am returning to Auckland from 11-27 March 2024 and am available to pet and house sit :)
I am experienced in house sitting dogs, cats and fish.
DOGS
My experience ranges from timid, shy dogs to strong, fussy, hyperactive dogs. I love taking dogs to off leash areas and dog parks, and also the beach. I have looked after dogs which aren't toilet trained, so that's not a biggie. However, your dog should be vaccinated, and be worm and flee-free.
CATS
Whether your cat is independent or needs some attention, I don't mind!
FISH
I grew up with an aquarium and have experience with freshwater fish.
HOUSESITTING DUTIES
I water the plants and ensure the bins are taken out every week. I will also collect your mail.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for short notice bookings or emergencies if you need your pet looked after in a hurry.
Your pets will be safe, loved and receive LOTS of attention. I look forward to hearing from you.

Penelope was accommodating considering the short notice that we requested. She was communicative and Maci was chilled with her once she got over the excitement of someone new to play with. Maci was very happy when we returned home and our home was left exactly how we left it. Would definitely use Penelope again.
