I’ve loved animals all my life - I was that kid always bringing home stray or injured creatures!
I’ve cared for everything from cats and dogs to horses, sheep, goats, and chickens, and have worked professionally handling animals for film and TV both here in NZ and overseas.
These days, I still do animal wrangling on contract and care for my own little crew: two senior cats, a playful staffy-lab, two horses, a ram that thinks he's a horse, sheep and chickens on a farm I help manage.

My services:
Home Visits:
I will feed your cat or any other small animals you have (lifestyle blocks and farms also welcome, see below), give plenty of cuddles, playtime and/or grooming (on their terms of course!) administer any meds if required, top up water and feed bowls, clean litter trays, water plants, bring mail in and turn on/off lights etc. I provide updates and photos of your fur babies every visit and let you know if anything else catches my attention or if I spot anything of concern. 

Lifestyle block/farm Visits:
I can carry out the above as I do for normal residential households, plus feed out to any stock you have, check water troughs, rotate animals to new paddocks or move electric tape if needed, make sure no one has escaped through any fences, carry out visual checks for health issues or injuries, fly strike, etc. I am also competent driving a quad bike if required. 

Doggy Day adventure trips:
Your dog will be picked up, taken out for a fun day at the beach, forest, or farm with my own dog, then dropped back home. These outings last a minimum of 4-5 hours, which is why the service is priced at $50 per day.
Ideal for social dogs who need more than an on leash walk! I only do this with 1-2 dogs at a time so that your dog doesn't get overwhelmed in a large group, I also make sure your dog is closely supervised and gets more interaction than what they would in most other dog walking company outings that take up to 15 dogs at a time.
Please note: dogs must be up to date with flea treatments and vaccinations, and must not have a high prey drive (as we often visit the farm). You can book this under the “dog walking” service. I also send photo updates of their outings.

Walks for lower energy/golden oldies:
If you have a dog with lower energy levels or who is in their golden years, I can come by and take them out on a local 30 minute walk at a pace that suits them. Please book this under a "home visit" for the lower price than the doggy day outings. I will also send photo updates from their walk.

I am central based, but can do visits to the following areas: West Auckland, North West, Central City.
