I have been obsessed with dogs for as long as I can remember, and I am committed to becoming the best dog trainer I can be. I have qualifications in: Animal Management - Canine Behaviour and Training, Living and Learning with Animals - The Science and Technology of Behavior Change, and hold a current pet first aid certificate. I have had work experience in puppy classes and dog daycare, and was mentored by a local dog trainer who I now work for as a contractor trainer/walker/sitter.

I use force-free, positive reinforcement based techniques with all the animals I work with, always adapting to specific needs for a personalised experience. I am passionate about building relationships based on trust with each and every one of my furry clients.

It would be my absolute pleasure to help with training, walks, house visits, or house and pet sitting, all while giving your pets the best time ever! I have experience with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish, but would love to help with any species of pet.

At home, I am slave to social, fun-loving labrador Tegan, who I also compete with in scentwork, and two pampered guinea pigs 💗

I am always looking for opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge, and in my spare time I can often be found reading up on anything canine or trick training with Tegan!

My services:

For the best chance of securing a booking, please enquire at least a couple of weeks in advance where possible. There may be added travel fees for clients outside the North Shore.

🐾 Dog walks: $45/hour, $25/half hour

Your dog will get the agreed length of time walking, adventuring, and exploring. If appropriate, your dog may also have the option of walking with well-matched playmates. Updates/photos/videos after every walk.

🐾 Training walks: $50/hour

Your dog will get the agreed length of time walking and training with a certified dog trainer. We can work on recall, reactivity, loose leash walking, puppy socialisation/training, adolescent dog training, or any other goals you have for your dog while out and about. Updates/photos/videos after every walk.

🐾 House and pet sitting (existing clients only): $90/night for dogs, $50/night for cats or other pets

I will treat your pets like my own, adapting to their individual needs and routines so you can have peace of mind while you are away. This service includes walks, updates/photos/videos, and general house upkeep.

🐾 General house and pet visits: $45/hour, $50/hour if training included

I will come to your home to walk, play, train, spend time, etc. with your dog or pet for the agreed length of time. Updates/photos/videos after every visit. Discounts available for visits over an hour long - please get in touch so we can discuss your needs.

🐾 Feeding visits: 1 per day $25, 2 per day $40

I will come to your home to feed your cat or pet. I can also spend some time playing/spending time with them if that is something they would like. Updates/photos/videos after every visit.
