I'm a 24 year old studying Genetics at UoA and living in Auckland with my partner and 6 year old cat, Max. I've got a rather flexible schedule and am very happy to take last minute bookings.
I grew up around large dogs, labradors, so I'm used to larger, stronger dogs when walking. I'm also a considerate, caring lover of all animals, and after having cared for three of my own pets in the past, two fancy rats (Mila and Aphrodite) as well as Max, I have a strong grasp of pet care.
I'm super flexible, especially regarding cancellations or postponing either dog-walking or home visits (of course I wouldn't charge someone for a job that wasn't done) and I love all animals, regardless of age or species!
I have a very good understanding of what it feels to be a pet owner and to have to leave your pet in the care of someone else, which is why I send photo updates through Pawshake daily and send you a text to tell you how your pet is getting on. Customer satisfaction is of great importance to me, so I prefer to take bookings where I have the time to get to know your pet and make them feel comfortable around me.
Home visits consist of attention paid to your pet, not simply a bowl refill or water replenish. I am also really happy to bring in mail and water plants here and there as needed.
I provide:
Zoe minds our puppy twice a day once a week and she is the best! Easy to communicate with, happy to be flexible, and most importantly she’s great with Nacho. We would not hesitate to recommend Zoe
I was nervous to get someone in to look after my puppy, but when I met Zoe I felt super happy to leave him with her. She was awesome, sent me photos during the day etc absolutely would recommend!
Recent police check reconfirmed I am cleared to work with children and vulnerable people.
