"Nicole was an amazing dog and house sitter for us. She was direct and easy to communicate with, both before and during her stay, and we felt super confident that our dog was being well taken care of. She also went above and beyond to offer her help when we were in a bit of a bind. We returned home to a spotless house and a happy pup! We would definitely have Nicole sit for us again :)"

"I don’t think I could have asked for a better sitter for our property and four small dogs, while we were away for five days. She was a great communicator and I felt happy that the dogs were safe and in great company. One of our boys is a bit elderly and on seizure medication. Cyann took this in her stride and he was fine in her care. I would highly recommend Cyann. She chatted and sent me photos and had the highest concern for everyone’s safety and wellbeing. I would love to be able to have her here again!"

"Ali was an exceptional cat sitter who took amazing care of our cat and home while we we were away for three-weeks. She kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and videos which gave us complete peace of mind. Our usually shy cat warmed up to Ali quickly, and it was clear that he was well cared for and loved.
On top of that, our home was spotless when we returned. We couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, caring, and attentive sitter and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali to anyone!

"We could not have asked for a better pet sitter! Bethany treated our dog so well, our dog was so sad to see her go when we eventually came home! We got regular updates and we could see that she was being well looked after so I never worried about her. Bethany was great at communicating and kept our house tidy (not easy with a pup!) She also left us some feedback and some training tips that are very useful (our dog is 1.5 years old). I have my fingers crossed that she will be available the next time we need a pet sitter."

"Joanne did a fantastic job looking after our two dogs. She house and pet-sitted for 5 days and kept me up to date with how everything was going. She left the house in great condition and the dogs were very well looked after. Before we went away she came over to meet the dogs and we went though everything she needed to know. I would highly recommend Joanne as a pet sitter and we'd be happy to book her again in the future. Thanks Joanne!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better house sitter! From the moment we left, we felt totally at ease knowing our home and pets were in such caring hands. Erin took our dog on the most wonderful walks (we got regular updates and pics), and when we returned, the house was spotless — actually cleaner than we left it! Every detail was thought of — clean sheets, washed towels, and to top it off, she even left a hand-drawn picture of our dog and cat that absolutely melted our hearts. She went above and beyond in every way, and we’d have her back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!"

"I highly recommend Charlie!!!
Charlie went above and beyond housesitting and caring for my two cats! The communication was so great beforehand, and during.
My cats are ragdolls and quite high maintenance when it comes to grooming and feeding, but they were no trouble for Charlie.
While I was away I got photos, updates, and reassurance about concerns I had related to one of my cats struggling to eat with me out of the country. Charlie knew just what to do becuase of previous vet nurse experience.
The cat I was worried about was playing and eating all her food with Charlie, and didn't have any of the issues she'd had with previous pet-sitters. My other cat, who is usually really nervous around new people, was cuddling Charlie the very first night they met.
A bonus was how the house was so clean and beautiful when we got home, you wouldn't have thought anyone had been staying there!
Will definitely be seeking Charlie out the next time I need someone feeding my cats or house-sititng while I'm out of town. "

"We had Tavis look after our two dogs for 10 days at our home. Having a stranger look after our dogs in our home made me nervous. However, Tavis was amazing. "I had a wonderful experience with Meg and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and caring support for their pets. Communication was excellent throughout — I received regular updates, photos, and quick responses whenever I had questions, which gave me real peace of mind.
While I was overseas, my fur baby Jamie was diagnosed with cancer. Meg not only ensured that Jamie received all the care he required during that difficult time, but she also made sure his medication was administered punctually and properly. Knowing he was in such capable and compassionate hands meant everything to me.
Meg truly went the extra mile to make sure my pet was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s clear that she is very knowledgeable about pets and understands their behavior and needs. Most importantly, she genuinely cares — Jamie was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well looked after.
