"We recently had another incredible experience with Melanie. Despite reaching out to her last minute, she graciously agreed to take care of our home and our beloved Pixie for a two-night stay. On one of the days, Melanie had work commitments but went the extra mile to organise for her partner to look after Pixie throughout the day. Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond in every aspect truly stood out. Pixie adores Melanie, and it was evident that he had the best weekend under her care.
