"Keayla was friendly and great to communicate with.
She sent us lots of lovely pictures of the dogs while we were away.
She played with the dogs, walked them and generally just gave them lots of love and attention.

"Emily came and looked after our dog and house very last minute as unfortunately our dog got injured and was unable to go to the kennel. She had great communication while we were away and loved the photo updates. Our house was very clean and tidy when we arrived home and our dog didn't show any signs of stress - which she usually does after a kennel stay. We wouldn't hesitate to use Emily again. Thanks so much for looking after our Flossy!! "

"Corey did a wonderful job of looking after our boy Jazz as we were away out my brother's 80th birthday party in ChCh... sadly after returning from the Vets on Thursday afternoon, he slipped back into heart defibrillation and Corey took him into the after hours vet where he went downhill fast ...Corey kept us totally in the loop via WhatsApp but just as we were agreeing to ending it all, Corey talked to him and he sparked up and wondered off around the clinic as though nothing was happening ... so Corey said she would take him home and looked after him till our vets at Halifax Clinic got in at 8 am on Friday morning .... she stayed awake all night with a restless Jazz , watched 3 James Bond films on Netflix. Above and beyond ... She took Jazz in and left him in great care with our vets Friday morning keeping us well informed .. sadly Jazz passed away on Saturday morning with congestive heart failure... our hearts were broken and so was Corey's ... She stayed on in the house till Monday and fed the Tui's , Wax Eyes and Bellbirds and when we made it back from Christchurch on Tuesday, we picked up Jazz from the vets they complemented her on her care and attention that she gave our boy. We brought him home one final time to find a loverly little memorial in the kitchen from Corey to celebrate her time with him ... she took the pictures on Wednesday before he fell ill and had them printed and framed plus flowers and a lovely poem ... made a hard time so much easier... above and beyond ....
You could not ask for a more caring pet sitter to come and look after your fur baby in your home... thank you Corey .... friend for life ! And Petshake were also amazing in our hour of grief ... a great service .... Thanks Tim and Janet, Nelson"

"I couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received while I was away! From the moment we met Anne, it was clear she had a genuine love for animals and a calm, confident presence that immediately put our pup at ease.
We received regular updates, including photos, which gave me peace of mind and made us smile.
When I returned, Lola was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. The house was spotless, and everything was just as I left it. I'm so grateful to have found someone so reliable and kind. Highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for loving, attentive care for their furry family member!

"Eva and her partner Hankyul looked after our dog Buddy for 12 nights while we were away in Sydney. We hadn’t used pet sitters before but all went smoothly with daily updates and really good communication which was much appreciated. We came come to a happy dog and a very clean and tidy home. "We loved having Jane come and stay to look after Louie, Tessa and Indy. She kind of got a handful - one cat had just had an abscess removed and needed two trips to the vet during our absence to get stitches etc out, plus needed medication. The other cat would only turn up sporadically for his meals and our dog was on slightly limited exercise from surgery two months prior.
She kept in touch with us while we were away to give us updates and made sure she was completely clear on instructions. We came home to a relaxed household and happy pets.
We'll definitely ask Jane to come and stay again when we go away next time."
