Winston is typically very anxious and slow to warm up to strangers, but he relaxed with Lauren within just a day—a testament to her gentle and attentive approach. She provided him with a calm, safe environment, ensured he was fed and medicated as needed, and clearly went above and beyond to make him comfortable.

"Annie house-sat for us for three days and took wonderful care of our very spoilt cat. We were really impressed with her consistent communication and regular photo updates, which put us at ease while we were away. Our cat has urinary issues, and Annie was very conscientious with her feeding routine and care. When we returned home, our cat was relaxed and settled, and the house was clean and tidy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again."

"I couldn’t be happier with the care my Coco received over the Christmas holidays. 🐶
Communication was excellent from start to finish. I received regular updates, photos, and videos that truly put my mind at ease while I was away.

"I was so happy to have her take care of my dog. On the first day we met, my dog didn’t bark at her at all — which is unusual because my dog normally barks and avoids strangers. But with her, my dog was calm, and that gave me the confidence to choose her. I actually had another person scheduled to meet as well, but I decided to go with her.
I was quite worried because we were going overseas for 35 nights, and I love my dog very much. Normally, I leave her with family members. This was the first time we had someone my dog didn’t know staying with her alone. My dog is quite a difficult one — she needs daily medication and is very picky with food. But from the very first day she cared for her, she made me feel at ease. She kept me updated every day with reports about her food, medication, and walks, which reassured me that she was happy and well cared for.
Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my trip without stress.
I really wish she could take care of her again this October, but unfortunately, her schedule is already full."

"Anna is an absolute sweetheart! She was amazing with our pets; the dogs, cats, birds and fish. They bonded with her quickly and she gave them so much love while we were overseas. "This was the first time we had Alice look after our two crazy French Bulldogs. Alice made time to come and meet us ahead of her stay, which we super appreciated. Our doggos loved Alice from the moment she met them and were super comfortable with her.
We felt comfortable with Alice from the moment we met her too, the house was left pristine, like she hasn’t stayed.

"I had the pleasure of Tahlee house sitting and looking after my two shitzu boys for 7 nights while I was away. She did an amazing job looking after my boys and they warmed upto her very quickly. One of my boy can be a little difficult but Tahlee had no problem at all with him. Communication was excellent and got regular photos and updates which was great. Tahlee is a very experienced house and pet sitter she was very professional and lovely and respectful mature personality. She followed the instructions meticulously. Upon returning home, the house was in immaculately clean I didn't need to tidy up at all. It was even cleaner than when I left it.😁 It was so great and relaxing to come back after long drive to amazingly clean house. She was so thoughtful and respectful of the house which I really appreciate it. I highly recommend Tahlee for house and pet sitting service and I would definitely ask for her service next time again. "
