Hi there, I work from home so am available for doggy daycare, walks and home visits.Originally from a farm in the far north I've grown up around lots of pets and animals of all breeds and sizes.I like to get outside and go on walks, river and beach excursions with my dogs. While I love adventure buddies, I'm also very happy with more relaxed days too.I have a male dog of my own so your dog must be comfortable with other dogs for the doggy daycare option. Mine would absolutely love the companion  He loves swimming, cuddles, frisbee and we're working on paddle boarding! Fully vaccinated and regularly wormed/ flea'd. I also live with my partner. Home has multiple fully fenced options including lawn and large deck. Also have a kennel with a run and crate if needed. Of course your pet can also stay inside.Happy to administer medication and daily brushing. As I WFH pets won't be left alone for any long period of time.Cats I offer home visits, but not able to pet sit sorry. Ideally you will be located in the central suburbs for the dog walking/ pet visit option. I'm happy to walk your dog from anywhere from 30mins- 1hour. I like to keep numbers small so won't have more than my dog and yours!Comfortable with small- medium sized dogs for walks. Pet visits any size!Any questions please sing out. 

My name is Phoebe, I am 27 years old and have a 4 year old lovebird named Sushi. I am aware that New Zealand has a shortage in help for bird owners needing bird sitters. I will be able to ensure your bird gets adequate play/fly time out of the cage, cuddles (if wanted), bathing time, fresh food and water everyday and adequate sleep at night in a dark and quiet environment. I will also ensure your bird or birds are away from any cooking fumes, candles and other dangerous toxins. I have extensive knowledge in different species and can also look after larger birds. I understand that all birds have niche needs and will cater to them! I live in a flat with 5 others that all love birds too. My room has a lounge area attached to it where I'm able to keep birds. (See images) you will need to either bring your birds cage or a travel cage. If you are going to be leaving your bird or birds for a long period of time, I recommend sending voice notes and videos so your feathered friend can be reassured with your voice. I will also send you updates for your peace of mind ️

Hi! Aimee and George here, we are a couple in our thirties who live at our fully fenced home in Lyall Bay with a big back and front yard. We adopted a retired five year old greyhound in 2023, Peggy, who has been an awesome addition to the household. She's very easy going, loves her daily walks, people and other dogs almost as much as she loves a good snooze. George works full time remotely from home, and Aimee is currently on maternity leave with our 6 month old daughter Josie. It is very rare that one of us is not home, and we'd always ensure there is a plan in place to make sure at least one of us is around to look after your dog. We are very responsible, friendly and willing to take your lead on how you'd like your pet to be cared for. We understand it's a big deal leaving it in someone else's care and we take it seriously. We predominantly are looking to look after greyhounds, Italian greyhounds and whippets, however feel free to enquire regardless of the breed. We offer dog sitting at our home, including walking, however we are fairly flexible about our services, so reach out if you would like to chat!
