Hello! 
I’m a passionate dog lover who enjoys daily walks along Orewa Beach, always delighted to meet friendly pups along the way. While I don’t have a dog of my own, I have plenty of experience caring for pets, dog-sitting and regularly looking after friends' dogs and providing them with love, exercise, and companionship. I had the pleasure of caring for young puppies several times, gaining hands-on experience with very young dogs, including those not yet vaccinated.
I work from home some days so can do a visit or walk during the day and otherwise available evenings and some weekends. Whether your dog needs a fun walk, company while you're at work, or a home visit for feeding, play and care, I’m here to help.

I am Ollie, I am a 23yr old studying vet nursing online and I also work part time at a veterinary clinic!
My love of animals started at a very young age, i would take in sick and injured wildlife helping them in whatever capacity I could, I finally got to adopt my first cat at the age of 7! Since then i have cared for and adopted a variety of animals from cats and dogs to frogs and hedgehogs. I really enjoy the company that the furry (and sometimes prickly) friends bring to our world.&nbsp;
I currently have a couple frogs, a fish, my kitties moose and percy and my doggo donkey! They keep me pretty busy but I always have time to make new furry friends.

I adore animals and will always do my best to care for pets with patience and understanding. I've been sitting for around two years now and love meeting all kinds of new pets. I've learnt how to handle the different kinds of personalities that come in, along with their sizes. I'm happy to look after puppies to seniors and small to big dogs, however, I have a strict rule for them to be vaccinated as I also have my own two dogs to think about. 
I am in a wheelchair so have limited mobility, however, I'm always able to manage caring for any animals that come my way - as long as they don't run upstairs. I'm very independent and rarely struggle to tackle any challenge with pet sitting, so I'd love to help out with yours and ensure they have a memorable stay

I’m Katrina — originally from the UK and now happily settled in New Zealand since 2018. I’ve always loved animals and have shared my life with all kinds of pets, from cats, dogs, rabbits, rats and guinea pigs to chickens, ducks, goats, and horses!
These days, our family includes 2 giant Continental rabbits, 2 smaller rescue bunnies from Raining Rabbits Rescue (one a wildie), 2 guinea pig from Auckland Cavy Care, and a cat. My two children are just as animal-mad as I am, and we love being surrounded by furry (and sometimes feathery!) friends
I offer loving, reliable in-home pet care while you’re away, at work, or just need an extra hand. I can offer once or twice daily visits, dog walks and administer medication. I can also water plants, take your bins out and collect your post.

I love having furry friends to care for, big and small, from gentle cats to boisterous labs. I have always been drawn to animals, especially cats and dogs. I love giving them attention, affection, hearing them purrr or seeing their tail wag like crazy (dogs of course! If it's a cat then there's a problem!). 
I understand that every home and family is different and will cater to your needs accordingly - prices set out are base prices for a 30min home visit or 30min walk with your pet. I'm more than happy to attend to your home and animal/s for longer and adjusted rates can be discussed and agreed on. 
Your fur baby's health and happiness is of the utmost importance and I will follow your instructions around their care carefully and to the letter. 
Ensuring your K9 is adequately exercised is something I would look forward to, no matter how long or often it's needed - I love to see dogs happy, in their element racing along the beach or doing zoomies at a park. I also enjoy regular exercise and embrace opportunities to be active. 
I spend my time between Auckland and Nelson and have dates available for both.

Hello! My name is Gemma and my son, Max, is an 11-year-old animal lover who enjoys taking care of pets. According to Pawshake rules, Max will always be accompanied by a parent. I have a lot of experience as I'm the housesitting part of the team and a mother of 5 boys, so you can trust us completely.
We are available after 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 4 pm on holidays and weekends. I also have some flexibility during the weekdays, so I could take care of your pets without my son if needed.
Our services cover Stanmore Bay, Arkles Bay, and Manly. We will walk your pets locally in parks or at the beach near your home. We live in Stanmore Bay and have a very patient cat named Boots who is the same age as Max. We have experience in taking care of pets for neighbours and friends by feeding them, brushing them, regularly walking them, and cleaning up after them.
We are happy to look after smaller pets like fish or turtles, and we are willing to discuss costs depending on the type of animal and the work required. 
When it comes to house and pet sitting, I'm the one who takes care of that as it gives me some much-needed time out. Animals have always been a part of my life. Growing up, my home was a lively menagerie, with cats, birds, rabbits, and fish. This lifetime of experience means I understand the unique needs and personalities of many different types of pets.
I'm currently the proud owner of a 4-year-old cat who started life as a shy feral and is now the most spoiled, pampered house cat you'll ever meet—a true testament to my patience and love! I'm also a 'live-in' dog aunty to my flatmate's energetic 1-year-old Shih Tzu, so I'm well-versed in the delightful chaos and routines that come with a young, loving pup.
My pet-sitting experience goes beyond just casual care. I've frequently looked after the beloved companions of friends and family, and I'm well-versed in caring for pets with higher needs. I work a 9-to-5 job in the tertiary education sector during the week. Therefore, my typical availability is:

I’m a proud dog mum to Frankie, my 1 year old French Bulldog, and I work in marketing for the pet industry, so I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by all things pets. 
When I’m not working, I dedicate a lot of my time to volunteering with dog rescues and helping pups in need!
I have a fully fenced yard and a spacious, undercover deck for those wet winter days, so your pup will have plenty of room to run and relax. Frankie's paddling pool &amp; swing ball are also in the yard for pups to play with!
I’m available for daycare and home visits on Wednesdays and Fridays, but feel free to reach out if you’re looking for a weekend stay for your pup! I’m happy to accommodate whenever I can.

I am an animal lover by nature and feel happiest when I am in the company of animals. I have pet/housesat previously for two families, a total of three dogs and a cat, and have also fostered two kittens on behalf of the SPCA. I have administered oral medications. Other services include dog walking, check ups in the evenings during weekdays, anytime on weekends, grooming/brushing, walks and generally keeping them company. I am an open communicator and will ensure you get regular updates. I am more than happy to come to their home and spend time with them while you are away or if they need a bit more company!
I leave early for work in the morning but can be flexible in the evenings and weekends. I work from home two days a week (usually Wednesday and Thursday), so any locations close by I can visit during lunchtimes. Flexible anytime on weekends.
