Hi there, I'm James, I have lived in Kapiti all of my life. Currently have 1 dog, A Sharpei named Elvi, he's 11 years old and these days prefers to stay home soaking up the sun. I've also got 24 chickens, and handful of sheep. I enjoy an active lifestyle both in my spare time and at work outdoors. I have a genuine interest for animal welfare and enjoy fostering relationships with animals. I have a vast experience caring for dogs, cats, chickens, ponies, sheep and pigs.  I have regular clients whom are happy to give references on request. I've grown up with animals around me my whole life, I enjoy the companionship that caring for animals afford. Majority of the pet sitting i do is in the kapiti region, most days consist of walks along the beach or river track, I have vehicles suitable vehicles for transporting animals if required. I'm open to discussing what you and your pets needs are and seeing if we are can come to a comfortable arrangement, rates are indicatives and are open to negotiation based on your needs.

I am a veterinary student who has done a lot of traveling and enjoys the hobby of photography. I am looking for some extra income doing something I love, spending time with animals. I have a lifetime of experience working with animals, from 2 meter green iguanas to my Great Dane named Bella. Familiar with all breeds and have worked in multiple pet stores and vet offices.

I also have experience with cats and other types of animals, such as chickens, pigs, quails, reptiles, insects, fish and many more. I offer great communication and care while pet sitting.
